Canine Brain Games Trainer Partner Program — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Canine Brain Games (“CBG”) Trainer Partner Program (the “Program”). By enrolling in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “Partner,” or “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment

Participation in the Program is by application or invitation and is subject to approval by Canine Brain Games. We may accept or decline any application at our sole discretion. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact and payment information to participate.

2. Commission Structure

Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases made through your unique referral link or code, as follows:

Commission rates apply to the product purchase price before discounts, taxes and shipping. Canine Brain Games may update commission rates prospectively with notice to Affiliates; changes do not apply retroactively to commissions already earned.

3. Qualifying Orders

A commission is earned only on a “Qualifying Order.” An order is a Qualifying Order when all of the following are true:

• The order was placed through your unique referral link or code.
• The order has a total greater than $0. Free, promotional, and comped orders do not generate commissions, even if the system displays a commission notification.
• The order was placed by a customer other than you. Purchases you make yourself, including through your own referral link, do not qualify.
• The order is not canceled, refunded, or subject to a chargeback during the 30-day holding period described in Section 4.

Canine Brain Games reserves the right to reverse or withhold any commission generated in error, through fraudulent activity, or on an order that does not meet these criteria. Automated commission notifications are informational only and do not constitute confirmation of an earned, payable commission.

4. 30-Day Holding Period & Payment

All commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period from the date of the qualifying purchase. This grace period allows for order cancellations, refunds, and returns. If an order is canceled or refunded during the holding period, the associated commission is voided.

Commissions that clear the holding period are approved and paid at the end of that 30-day period. Payments are issued via Venmo or check to the payment details you provide. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current; CBG is not responsible for payments sent to outdated payment details.

If a refund or chargeback occurs after a commission has already been paid, the amount may be deducted from your future commission payouts.

5. Taxes

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or representative of Canine Brain Games. You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on commission income. U.S.-based Affiliates earning $600 or more in a calendar year may be asked to provide a completed W-9 and will receive a 1099 form as required by law.

6. Referral Tracking

Referrals are tracked through your unique affiliate link or code. Commissions are credited based on our tracking system’s records, which are final. CBG is not responsible for untracked sales resulting from a customer not using your link, disabled cookies, or other technical circumstances outside our control.

7. Promotion Guidelines

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Canine Brain Games in accordance with FTC guidelines (e.g., “I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link”).
• Represent CBG products accurately and avoid misleading claims, including unverified health or behavioral guarantees.
• Not use spam, paid search bidding on the “Canine Brain Games” brand name, cookie stuffing, self-referrals, or any deceptive practices to generate sales.
• Not offer unauthorized discounts, rebates, or incentives on CBG’s behalf.

Violation of these guidelines may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions and removal from the Program.

8. Term & Termination

Either party may end participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by written notice (email is sufficient). Upon termination, approved commissions that have cleared the 30-day holding period will be paid on the next scheduled payout. Pending commissions that have not cleared the holding period at the time of termination for cause (fraud or violation of Section 7) are forfeited.

9. Changes to These Terms

Canine Brain Games may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify active Affiliates of material changes by email. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Program is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canine Brain Games’ total liability to any Affiliate under these terms is limited to the amount of unpaid commissions properly earned by that Affiliate.
