Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) to make a purchase on the Site.
Accounts
You may be able to check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. By placing an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including shipping and any applicable taxes.
We may update product availability and pricing at any time. If we make a change after you place an order, we will not change the price for that order.
Subscriptions (Enrichment Boxes)
If you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select at checkout.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel.
Cancellations
To avoid being charged for an upcoming shipment, you must cancel before the first day of the shipping month (for example: cancel by April 1 to avoid an April shipment), unless your plan includes a stated minimum commitment.
If your subscription includes a minimum commitment (for example, a promotional offer), the commitment terms will be shown at checkout and/or in the promotion details.
Box Contents
Subscription boxes are curated and may vary from shipment to shipment. Product photos and examples are representative.
Shipping
Shipping costs, carriers, and estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and/or described on our Shipping page. We use a flat rate shipping of $9.99 per order (prices subject to change).
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by law.
Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Our goal is to make things right if there’s an issue.
Subscription Boxes
Subscription boxes are non-refundable.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will work with you on a replacement or other resolution.
One-Time Purchases (Shop Items)
Eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging where applicable.
Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Promotions
