How does the subscription work?
Shipping Schedule
- We ship subscription boxes in: February, April, June, August, October, and December.
- Boxes ship on the 20th of those months.
When will my first box ship?
- If you order on or before the 5th of a shipping month, your first box ships on the 20th of that month.
- If you order after the 5th of a shipping month, your first box ships 5–7 days after the 20th of that month.
When will my future boxes ship?
After your first box, all future boxes ship on the 20th of each shipping month.
How do I know my subscription went through?
After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. As well as a welcome email getting your started.
If you’re not sure, email us at hello@caninebraingames.dog with the name + email you used and we’ll confirm it for you.
What's included in each box?
Each box includes:
- 1 interactive puzzle/engagement toy
- 1–2 play-style toys based on your dog’s style (Chaser, Chewer, Forager, or Cuddler)
- Optional hands-on enrichment activities (if selected)
- Unlimited access to the Enrichment Barkive (100+ expert resources)
How do I choose my dog's play style?
During signup, you’ll choose one:
- Chaser: loves movement, chase, fetch
- Chewer: loves to gnaw and shred
- Forager: loves sniffing and searching
- Cuddler: loves soft/comfort toys
You can change this anytime in your account dashboard.
Update Your Box Now
How do I update my preferences (play style / hands-on activities / add-ons)?
You can update preferences anytime in your account. Changes made before the next bill date will apply to the upcoming box.
Can I customize for multiple dogs?
Yes. You can add extra toys, activities, and treats so each dog gets something tailored.
What is the Enrichment Barkive?
The Barkive is our digital library included with every subscription—step-by-step enrichment guides, behavior support, calming tools, training tutorials, and DIY games.
How do I skip, pause, or cancel?
You can manage this in your account anytime. If you can’t access your account, email hello@caninebraingames.dog and we’ll help right away.
My tracking says “delivered” but I didn’t receive my box—what should I do?
First, check around your home/mail area and with neighbors. If it still hasn’t shown up within 24–48 hours, email us and we’ll help (including filing a carrier claim when needed).
