1. Program Overview

Paw Points (the “Program”) is a customer loyalty rewards program offered by Canine Brain Games (“Canine Brain Games,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”).

2. Eligibility & Enrollment

• The Program is available to individuals who make purchases through our online store.

• You may be required to create an account to earn and redeem points.

• The Program is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Earning Paw Points

• You will earn 5 Paw Points for every $1 USD spent on eligible purchases (based on the pre-tax, pre-shipping, pre-discount subtotal).

• Points are earned only on qualifying transactions and may not be earned on certain items or fees, including (but not limited to) shipping, taxes, gift cards, or other excluded items as determined by us.

• Points are typically credited after an order is processed. We may delay awarding points for returns, cancellations, suspected fraud, or other issues.

4. Points Expiration

• Paw Points expire 180 days after the date they are earned.

• Expired points cannot be reinstated.

5. Redeeming Paw Points

• Points may be redeemed only through our online store and only by the account that earned them.

• Redemptions apply to eligible items only.

• Maximum discount per order: Paw Points redemptions are capped at $20 USD off per order.

6. Redemption Restrictions

• Paw Points cannot be used on sale items.

• Paw Points cannot be combined with other coupons, promo codes, or discounts.

• We may exclude additional products, collections, subscriptions, bundles, or promotions from point redemption at any time.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Adjustments

• If you return or receive a refund for an eligible purchase, the points earned from that purchase may be deducted from your account.

• If points were redeemed on an order that is later refunded, your points may be adjusted or returned at our discretion, consistent with our refund policies.

• We reserve the right to correct point balances due to errors, misuse, or system issues.

8. No Cash Value; Non-Transferable

• Paw Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Points are non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered, or gifted.

9. Misuse, Fraud, and Account Actions

We may suspend, revoke, or terminate your participation in the Program (and/or void points) if we believe you:

• Violated these Terms or any other applicable policies

• Engaged in fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity

• Attempted to manipulate the Program, points, or redemptions

10. Program Changes, Suspension, or Termination

• We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program (including point earning rates, expiration rules, redemption values, and exclusions) at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

• If the Program is terminated, you may lose any unused points.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canine Brain Games is not responsible for any loss of points, rewards, or benefits due to technical issues, unauthorized access, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
