Turning your living room into a simple obstacle course keeps your dog mentally and physically stimulated, challenging them to navigate a series of obstacles built from items you already have at home.
Navigating new obstacles builds confidence and spatial awareness, engages real problem-solving, and gets your dog moving — all while deepening your connection as you work through the course together.
🐾 Time your dog running the course and try to beat their personal best, or run it alongside them for a shared adventure.
New to the course: Start with just 2–3 easy obstacles and lure generously through each one.
Ready for more: Add pauses between obstacles, introduce verbal cues, or time a full run for a fun personal-best challenge.
Nervous dogs: Let them sniff and investigate each obstacle with zero pressure before ever asking them to move through it.
High-energy dogs: Run the course a few times in a row for a great physical and mental outlet.
🐾 Pair this with Hula Hoop or Maze Your Way to add even more variety to your home course rotation.
